The Problem
A 15-year-old upscale Atlanta restaurant had been silent on social media for a year, making them invisible to new diners despite having an elevated culinary program and loyal local following.

The Solution
Rebuild their digital presence from scratch to introduce the restaurant to new audiences while maintaining the upscale feel that loyal customers knew and loved.

Visibility

The first step was making sure people could actually find the restaurant. For a 15-year-old local spot, visibility wasn't just about showing up online, it was about showing up accurately so the digital presence matched the quality of the actual experience. I audited and rebuilt their Google Business profile and Facebook Pages, shifting them from complete digital silence to active discovery so new diners' first impression matched what they'd actually get when they walked in.

Strategy

  • Rebuilt their Google Business listing, Instagram, and Facebook Page from scratch. The restaurant had great food and a loyal following, but their digital presence made them look closed or outdated.

  • Optimized SEO and metadata so the restaurant showed up when people used ChatGPT or Perplexity to search for dining recommendations in Gwinnett County, making them discoverable in AI search, not just Google.

  • Optimized for local search so the restaurant appeared when people searched for "upscale dining near me" or "wine bars in Gwinnett", reaching new customers who were actively looking for a place to eat.

The Impact

Rebuilt Three Blind Mice's dormant digital presence, creating a strategy that reached new audiences while keeping loyal customers engaged. The work optimized the restaurant for modern search (Google + AI tools), grew community engagement, and contributed to their 2025 "Best Restaurant in Gwinnett" award from Atlanta Magazine.

    • Generated over 130,000 total brand views and impressions over a 120-day period.

    • Achieved a 38.5% non-follower reach rate, successfully introducing the restaurant to a massive new audience of potential diners.

    • Maintained 5.5% engagement rate across Meta platforms, significantly above hospitality industry benchmarks, through strategic content balancing event promotion, behind-the-scenes storytelling, and community posts.

    • Increased Google search visibility 56% year-over-year, making the restaurant easier to find for people searching for upscale dining in the area

    • Grew Google Business profile views 74.5%, driving more discovery from local searches and map results
